How long does rollout take?+
We start with a guided pilot in one area, then roll out. On-site training and coaching are included — at your organisation's pace.
Where is our data?+
In Switzerland or the EU, FADP-compliant, encrypted and access-controlled. Sensitive data — such as health data — is treated as especially sensitive.
What does ZEME Echt cost?+
Per app or as a suite, scaled to organisation size — price on request. Onboarding, on-site coaching, 2 trainings per year, updates and support are included.
Cloud or on-premise?+
The standard is cloud hosted in Switzerland/EU. An on-premise solution with your own database is available in cooperation on request.
What about our existing software?+
Data migration is clarified during onboarding. The switch is gradual — pilot first, then rollout.
Do we get training?+
